Creating an Organization Goal Set

Ready to create an Organization Goal Set so team members can view goals on your organization goals page? This step-by-step guide will walk you through setting up an organization goal set and enabling the goal set. This goal set will embody both organization and group goals for the time period you’re trying to achieve them. Not seeing the group goals tab? Email support@teamphoria.com, and we can get that feature enabled for you.

Step 1: Select the Admin Settings link in the left-hand navigation. Select the Manage tab -- then select Goals under Measurement.

Step 2: Select the Organization tab at the top of the page.

Step 3: Select +New Organization Goal Set to load the organization goal set form.

Step 4: Give your organization goal set a name, and the URL link will automatically generate. Then add an optional goal set summary, and decide if you want milestones attached to your organization, or group goals. Then select the Next button.

Step 5: Toggle the Status to ON and select OK to enable the organization goal set.

Please note: Your goal set must be enabled to start adding organization goals

That’s it! Your organization goal set has been created. The organization goal set will house all your organization and group goals for a given time period. You'll still need to add organization and group goals before you're done.
