Want to send an Award to a pre-set Group in Teamphoria, like Human Resources or Accounting? This step-by-step guide will walk through sending an award to a larger Group.
Please note: In this tutorial, recognition awards are called Shout-outs. Each Teamphoria organization can name customize their award name, so yours may be different.
Step 1: Select the Recognition link in the side-nav, or select Send a Shout-out in the engagement links on the Activity Feed.
Step 2: Select the Search for a Group link underneath the Recipient field to reveal the list of public groups you can give Awards to.
Want to send an award to a collection of different Team Members in Teamphoria, as well as colleagues outside Teamphoria?
Step 3: Select a group in the list and the users will auto-populate in the Recipient fields.
Step 4: The chosen Group will now show in the recipients field. From here you can select Change Group, to update the Group or to remove the Group all together.
You can also add additional recipients in the form field below by searching for the recipient and selecting the green +Add button to the right of the search field to add the selected users.
Please note: Since a Group has been selected, the Group award level will automatically be chosen for you.
Step 5: Select the Impact and Core Value the chosen Team Member demonstrated if applicable.
Please note: Some organizations have this feature turned off, so you may not see these fields.
Step 6: Add an optional Thank You note to recipient in the field at the bottom of the page. Only the recipient will see this note.
Step 7: You can share this recognition with anyone in Teamphoria by adding multiple team members in the Share field.
Select the green Submit button to send your recognition award!
That's it! You've now sent Recognition to a specific Group within Teamphoria!
