As a Team Pulse Admin you are able to access the Team Pulse dashboard for the entire organization. This step by step tutorial will walk through accessing the Team Pulse dashboard, and viewing the average rating for your organization so you can start to measure culture within your company.

Step 1: Select the Reports & Analytics link in the left-hand navigation, then select Team Pulse. Here you will see the Team Pulse dashboard for your direct reports. As the Team Pulse Admin, you can change the view to see the dashboard for the entire organization. Drill down deeper by selecting a team members to see their individual Team Pulse submissions.
