Generating Employee Survey Embed Code

Need to embed external survey links on a site outside of Teamphoria? This tutorial will walk through how to access an embed code that you can add to an external website.

Please Note: The embed code will only be available for enabled and external employee surveys.

Step 1: Select the Admin Settings link in the left-hand navigation. Select the Configure tab -- then select Embed Code under Integrations.

Step 2: Select the employee survey you want to embed and then select Save.

Step 3: After selecting Save, select Create Code. From here you can edit the employee survey button display text and copy your embed code. You can also select Preview to see you embed preview.
