Need to drill down further into data and export a custom report of employee recognition sent and received? Follow the step-by-step guide below! You must have the Reporting role in Teamphoria to access these pages.
Step 1: Visit the Reporting dashboard by selecting Reports and Analytics in the side-navigation. Select In-Depth Report to access custom reporting.
Step 2: Select the date drop down and scroll to choose your custom date range. Select Apply to update the data displayed.
Step 3: If you want to futher customize the data, select the drop-down to select what you filter the data by. Options are Day, Week, Month, All, Team Member and Group.
Step 4: Once you have the data filtered how you want, select the Export button in the upper right-hand corner of the In-Depth Reporting page.
Step 5: Select Export or Export with Award Content and a CSV will download with the customized data. You can open the CSV file with a variety of programs, including Excel.
That's it! You've now created your first customized employee recognition report in Teamphoria!
