Ready to view your employee performance review results in Teamphoria? This step-by-step guide will walk through navigating to your Performance Profile and viewing the performance review responses from your manager, peers, and any external users.
Step 1: Select the My Profile link in the left-hand navigation -- then click the Performance tab on your profile and make sure Reviews is selected. This will show your Performance Profile page.
Step 2: Select the Compare Results button underneath the title of an employee performance review.
Please Note: Make sure to look for the Released on: date before selecting Compare Results. If this is not there, then your manager has not released your performance review results yet.
