Creating Goal Set Categories (For HR Admins)

Ready to create Goal Set Categories so users can associate personal goals to a pre-set category? This step-by-step guide will walk through creating and editing Goal Set Categories in Teamphoria. 


Step 1: Select the Admin Settings link in the left-hand navigation. Select the Manage tab -- then select Goals under Measurement. 


Step 2: Select Categories in the upper right-hand corner of the Goals Dashboard.

 


Step 3: Add a new Top Level category by selecting +Add Category in the upper right-hand corner of the Manage Categories page. Type the new top-level category name and select Add to save. 

Select +Add Subcategory to add associated Subcategories to any Top Level Category.


Step 4: After selecting +Add Subcategory, type the new Subcategory name and select Add to associate it to the Top-Level Category in the left-hand side of the page. 

 


Step 5: To remove any Top Level or Subcategories, select (edit/cancel) next to any Top Level Category name. Then select the Red X next to each Category.

Please note: Removing a Top Level Category will remove all associated Subcategories. 


 That's it! You've now set up Goal Categories in Teamphoria! You can now Create a New Team Member Goal Set and pull in Goal Categories to the form.
