Creating and Enabling a Team Member Goal Set (For HR Admins)

Ready to create an Team Member Goal Set so team members can start adding their own goals? This step-by-step guide will walk you through setting up a team member goal set and enabling it.

Step 1: Select the Admin Settings link in the left-hand navigation. Select the Manage tab -- then select Goals under Measurement.

Step 2: Select the Team Members tab at the top of the page. Then select +New Team Member Goal Set to load the team member goal set form. 


Step 3: Give your team member goal set a name, and the URL link will automatically generate. Then add an optional goal set summary and choose a goal setting deadline. Decide if you want notifications for goal setting turned on, and then select Next.


Step 4: Now select the visibility of each of the form fields by selecting Visable next to each for field. You also have the option to choose which form fields will be required by team members when making their goals. To do this, select the box next to This field is required. When finished, select the Save button.


Step 5: Turn the status to ON.

Please note: Once the Goal Set is enabled and saved, users will be immediately able to go to their Performance Profile and start setting goals. 


That's it! You've now created and enabled a Team Member Goal Set in Teamphoria! Your Team Members can now set their goals.
